We're then seated kinda close to a large almost empty display case. We immediately knew the GB props and costumes were gone. What a disappointment. If they had been there on display, it might have been worth the 11 plus bucks my turkey club cost me. Behind us on the wall were props from Back To The Future II. That half made up for it. We were curious about what happened to the costumes and props from Ghostbusters so when the waitress came to take our order, Will asked about it. She seemed nice enough and endulged us, but you know she was like, 'Hey I'm busy, I can't worry about where the costumes and props from Ghostbusters are. And I don't care.' That didn't stop us from engaging her in conversation about it anyway. We were told something like from time to time props get moved out for new ones or the GB ones are locked in a closet. We sorta joked about getting the key, she said something like after lunch we could go see them. If we really could have, we would have been dead serious and took her up on her offer.

Getting to sit down for lunch was good though because it gave us a chance to get to know each other. And wonder why PH had such a fondness to show Jim Carey clips. Lunch was pretty fun and set more of a tone for how we would spend the day together on the big gathering. After we ate and were ready to pay, I took my parking 'permit' and placed it on the table. (I told you my parking from earlier was important) We paid the bill and before leaving I had to take pix from BTTF II.

Excuse the lighting, it was kinda dark in there and I'm sure the flash wasn't on. Plus people were sitting by that display case eating and i didn't want to disturb them...much.

After taking that last picture of the Enterprise A model used in the Star Trek movies, (I'm a fan of Trek too) we headed downstairs and back out onto the streets of NY. I go through my pocket to get my parking 'permit.' We cross one small block and I'm almost freaking out because I don't have it and I'm concerned without it, Ecto C won't be released to me. We take the short walk back to PH and I run upstairs to get it. Not there! Our table was already cleaned! It took a few minutes, but a waiter went through the trash and found it. Luckily it wasn't messed up. Quite the drama huh? The four of us admired some of the other things in PH before once again going downstairs and outside.

We walked the few blocks back to the paid parking garage, pratically choking on our breaths as we realized what parking costs. After paying up, we pile into Ecto C and sort out which way to turn to Columbia University. I should take a moment to say that the big gathering is not necessairly in order of the actual events/shooting locations of the movies. We went place to place to how it would be easiest to drive to from where we last were.
